We are delighted to be working with a specialist manufacturer that operates globally producing bespoke products. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor/Manager you will set and operate the CNC machines in a safe and competent manner and to work as part of a team ensuring that production schedules for the Machine Shop are met.

Ideally you will have at least 3 years machining experience working in a similar industry and will understand the principles of G code CNC programs.

Reporting to the Instrumentation Assembly Supervisor/Manager where you will be responsible for the assembly of precision mechanical and electro-mechanical components. 

 

Lathe Operators

CNC Operator Setter Programmer Turner

You will be a skilled CNC Setter/Operator/Programmer Turner to support the department supervisor with setting and operating their production machines along with the programming and proving out of new parts on our twin spindle Turning centres. Working as part of the team on either Star sliding head machines or Nakamura twin spindle machines, both with Fanuc controls and with their latest Okuma machinery using OSP controls. Exposure on Fanuc controlled machines or OSP controls is essential with sliding head lathes would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided and the opportunity for sponsorship.
